Welcome to LeadFinder. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using LeadFinder, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

LeadFinder is a web-based tool that helps users find local businesses using Google Places API, analyze their websites, and generate outreach pitches. The service requires users to provide their own Google Places API key.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Trial: New users receive 3 free searches to evaluate the service.
Annual Subscription: $49/year for unlimited access.
Payments are processed securely through Gumroad.
Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.
Access expires after one year from the date of purchase unless renewed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Send spam or unsolicited communications to businesses found through the service.
Violate any applicable laws regarding email marketing (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the service.
Share your license key with others.
Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage.

6. Google Places API

LeadFinder uses Google Places API to search for businesses. By using our service, you also agree to:

Google's Terms of Service
Google Maps Platform Terms of Service
Provide your own valid Google Places API key
Use the data in compliance with Google's policies

7. Intellectual Property

LeadFinder, including its design, code, and features, is owned by JengaWeb. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or business use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LeadFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy of business information returned by Google Places API.
That the website analysis will identify all issues.
That using the service will result in new clients or sales.
Uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadFinder and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
