LeadFinder is a web-based tool that helps users find local businesses, analyze their websites, and generate outreach pitches. The service requires users to adhere to fair-use policies when querying our global databases.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Subscription and Payment

Free Tier: New users receive 5 free searches to evaluate the service.
Paid Subscriptions: We offer monthly Starter, Pro, and Agency tiers with varying search and lead limits.
Payments are processed securely through Paystack.
Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.
Access expires one month from the date of purchase unless renewed automatically.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Send spam or unsolicited communications to businesses found through the service.
Violate any applicable laws regarding email marketing (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the service.
Share your license key with others.
Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage.

6. Third-Party Data Sources

LeadFinder aggregates data from various global business directories and search engines. By using our service, you agree to:

Comply with acceptable fair-use limits
Use the provided data exclusively for B2B outreach
Accept that search results depend on public data availability

7. Intellectual Property

LeadFinder, including its design, code, and features, is owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or business use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

LeadFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy of public business information returned by our search algorithms.
That the website analysis will identify all issues.
That using the service will result in new clients or sales.
Uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadFinder and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
